My name is Kyur - 4 reasons obvious to tru LP soldiers - though I also go by Féenüx sometimes. I’ve been a die-hard Linkin Park fan from the first moment I heard “Crawling” and watched them perform “One Step Closer”. Obviously all the guys ROCK but Mikey, Chaz and Rob just do it 4 me, ESP Chester. There’s just something about the man that commands your attention - and his voice is AURAL SEX! LP’s message touched me to the very depths of my soul - they’re the inspiration in my writing, the muse to my sketches and the fire of my creativity.

I live in South Africa but I should have been born Japanese. I love everything about that country - the people, the culture, Animé and…Asian men are hot!!! (Mikey and Joe, I’m talking to you!). I’m a 22 year old Scorpio and true to my sign in every way. My Feng Shui element is Wood Yin. I’m of Indian/German/African descent (the Indian side is prominent) with fair skin, deep red hair (dyed-duh!), brown eyes and 6 piercings (3 in each ear) though I really wanna pierce my eyebrow or my lip, like Chester’s. My hubby’s not too keen on piercings though. He’s more of an RnB/Hip-Hop/Rap guy (Tupac, Bone Thugz, Warren G). In fact, I haven’t met another Indian person who DOES like rock - it’s a techno/Rave scene with them. Yeah, so as a result, I don’t fit in with my own people, and, seeing as the relationship with my parents is pretty much non-existent, I’m even more of an outsider now then I ever was. I’m on my own a lot and I’ve learned to like it that way.

I love coffee, Dr. Pepper, Piercings, Tattoos, ice-cream, Jack Purcell, Converse and All-Stars, Abyssinian and Mau cats, Rock, Japan, SpongeBob SquarePants, The O.C, Latin, Horatio Kane from CSI Miami (David Caruso is the king of one-liners), Animal Cops Phoenix (my heroes), Animé, Irish accents, Chester’s clothing line “Ve’Cel” (Aeternum Vale - Farewell Forever), Robert Muraine from “So You Think You Can Dance”, mountains, lemons, black, grey, white and silver, fast cars, fantasy, sci-fi, the rain, LOST, Command & Conquer and DKNY Be Delicious Night.

I read a lot. Tolkien and Anne Rice are my favourite authors - I guess Chester likes Anne too coz he wanted to sing the tracks that Jonathan Davis did for Stuart Townsend in the movie “Queen o/t Damned). I have a MASSIVE thing for vampires - I know they’re evil and all that but have you ever seen a sexier daemon? And imagine, if you will, a Chester/Lestat hybrid? sigh Be still my melting heart! The ULTIMATE fantasy right there! I love to draw, been drawing from before I can remember. I did a lot of pencil sketches of animals but I’m starting to move towards figures now, except I can’t draw faces. I’ve got this picture of Chester’s tattoos, the flames on his hands - that’s my biggest goal, to draw those incredible arms of his - they’re so distinctive, dontcha think? I also write. Poems mostly though I did have two fully written songs which I lost when my PC crashed. I put them on my blog so feel free to have a look and comment - I really do appreciate the criticism.

I love rock across the board (Hard, Soft, Punk, Alternative) except Death Metal and anything Marilyn Manson-ish. Besides LP, I love StainD, Deftones, Seether (Originally Saron Gas from South Africa), Bullet For My Valentine, Korn, Disturbed, Paramore, Avenged Sevenfold, Evanescence, Queens o/t StoneAge, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Flyleaf, Bon Jovi, Maroon 5 (when you need to chill), System of a Down, Nickelback, Nine Inch Nails, Nirvana, Metallica, Incubus, Velvet Revolver, Guns ‘n Roses, Yellowcard, Aerosmith and Blink 182 (when they still were… they’re +44 and Angels and Airwaves now). I’ve always wanted to play the guitar but on account of music being kind of a taboo subject in my religion, I never got the opportunity - but a girl can dream!
